Refund Policy for Website Development Package for Small Business

  1. The payment for the package has to be 100% complete to avail of this offer.
  2. This policy is applicable only to https://www.wizi.digital/services/web-development-packages/ package purchases. If customization is approved by the client, then the timeline will be shared by the concerned project manager.
  3. The 5 days will be the business days of Wizi technology services private limited. If any local holidays or weekends arrive in the middle of the calculation, those days will not be considered.
  4. The day count starts only if you provide all the necessary information and accounts for the website development project.
  • You could get a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with our process or the website within the first 6 working days.
  • You could get a 100% refund if we didn’t update you within the first 10 working days.
  • You could get a 100% refund if we didn’t complete the project on time.

Refund Policy for Premium Website Development

If the Project Delays Offer
10 days from the due date 3% off of the total budget
20 days from the due date 6% off of the total budget
30 days from the due date 9% off of the total budget
45 days from the due date 15% off of the total budget
60 days from the due date 30% off of the total budget
  1. To avail of the above offer, there should not be any recorded delay from the client when seeking for requirements. A recorded delay of 24 hours results in the loss of eligibility for availing of the above offer.
  2. In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
  3. Services including but not limited to social media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund under any circumstances.

Refund Policy for Premium Website Analysis Report

The refund will be avoided if,

  1. The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ period.
  2. Company’s policies or policy, have been violated.

Other aspects of avoiding a refund will be, if

  1. The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
  2. The business is closing or changing its name or business.
  3. Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  4. If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service. Refunds will only apply to that particular service and not the entire bundle.
  5. No refund can be claimed/processed once the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
  6. Refund and revision explicitly do not apply to services/items offered for free.

Note: We have all rights to hold or reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose, they will be our sole property. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

You can claim your refund by:

  • Filling out the contact form and requesting a call back through our website.

As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest and begin the required analysis. Once it is done, we will initiate the refunding process.

After you have received the refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Wizi Technology Services Private Limited, the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
