Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Candidates must have relevant work experience in their applied job designation (minimum 3 months preferred), OR
- Must have completed a minimum 3-month professional certification course in the respective domain (Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered
Technical Requirements
- Mandatory: Candidates must own a personal laptop/computer with reliable internet connectivity
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and relevant digital marketing tools required
- Familiarity with industry-standard software (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms) is advantageous
Professional Attributes
- Discipline and punctuality are non-negotiable requirements
- Strong commitment to learning and professional development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
SELECTION PROCESS
Application Screening
- All applications will be thoroughly reviewed based on CV/resume quality, qualifications, and relevant experience

Mandatory Interview Process
- Interview attendance is compulsory for all shortlisted candidates

Skills Assessment

TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS
3-Month Professional Training Program
- Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 3-month training program (probationary period)
- Training includes hands-on projects, real client assignments, and mentorship from industry experts
- Performance will be continuously monitored and evaluated
Performance-Based Continuation
- Candidates must maintain satisfactory performance throughout the training period
- Poor performance, lack of discipline, or unprofessional behavior may result in immediate termination
- Regular feedback sessions and performance reviews will be conducted
Training Completion Certificate
- All candidates who successfully complete the 3-month training program will receive an official Course Completion Certificate from Wizi Technology Services Pvt Ltd
- Certificate will be issued only upon meeting all performance benchmarks
