The first of the few problems experienced with this website was no proper set-up of SSL certification and frequent server downtime. Taking care of monthly plugin updates, monitoring unusual traffic, security enhancement and security updates and patches, server uptime and downtime monitoring, monthly HTTP(s) monitoring & fixing of SSL issues, real-time HTTP(s) monitoring & fixing SSL issues, daily spam filtering, daily malware scanning, daily security fixes, code tuning and optimization, and monthly website backups.

Issues like poor page speed, broken images, and unoptimized metadata were encountered at the first sight of the website. We began our work with creating a perfect website structure with customized designs.

The next leap we took was to find the keywords related to the client’s business and to the web pages. For constructive meta title writing, description writing, and for writing effective H1 tags these keywords and phrases were framed and made sure that each metadata was uniquely developed. These selected keywords must be relevant to the page, competitive enough to have high conversion value and must have remarkable search volume.

Using the Page Speed Score of Google, we managed to get a page speed of 90+ for the website. A few other issues handled during the website management include robots.txt file optimization, 404-page redirects, 301, and 302 redirects, 4XX, and 5XX errors. Images were resized and renamed vividly, URL and broken links optimization, XML sitemap submission and optimizing and monitoring external link, frame, language, and website structure were a few add-ons. Canonical issues were taken care of, setting up of HTTPS certificate, open graph, and structured data markup optimization were the On-page SEO issues rectified.

Since the website did not rank among the top, the first open option was to conduct an SEO Audit of the website to find the most searched keyword for their business. Previously, their website had a number of backlinks which are estimated to be low in quality and our team felt it essential to remove them. The website was then left out with only quality backlinks after an elaborate backlink audit.

The meta data were rewritten from scratch by the content team with the collected keywords. A few other off-page SEO promotion include document sharing, document submission, image sharing, image submission, infographic designing, article submission, etc.

Revamping the entire website was the first ever task undertaken when coming across website maintenance. Our content team reworked low-quality and repeated content to get every website page to be indexed in Google’s results page.

This helped in the site’s SEO ranking within 6 months’ time and increased new and return visitors to the website. Active users to the site increased from a maximum of 70 per day to 779 per day.

The click-through rate of our client before utilizing our services seems to be 14.10%. Whereas after optimization, the rate is successfully reduced to 3.58%. Currently, the Cost Per Click is ₹3.35. Earlier it was ₹11.40 and now the client doesn’t have to spend much after proper optimization of each web page. The current situation of the website seems promising since it ranks at the top for most of its keywords with a developed aesthetic image.
